A little tip I learned from my older sister, freeze your block cheese then defrost it. When you go to shred it, it will crumble up and make the job much easier. We also take some of the cheese chunks and mix it with the noodles.

Good Morning 🆎 That looks sooo good!! When you don’t have foil a water bath will slow the browning of the cheese. For those that may not know what a water bath is…just fill a deep baking dish with water so once it heats up it creates a sauna-like condition.

This is basically like my moms Mac and cheese. Only we add fine grated onion, mustard powder and smoked paprika for the seasoning along with salt to taste. Top with bread crumbs as well before baking if we want extra fancy. So good!

I made this today for my Granddaughter and her father and his wife today and it was an instant hit. I didn't have the Creole Kick (I ordered it but it doesn't come until after the 4th) so I used another brand, it did ok but I'm hella excited to see the difference in taste with the Creole Kick and I'm gonna do the creamy cheese by 50 percent more to get more of the cheesiness

Just be sure you let that butter/flour cook 3-5 minutes to really cook out that flour taste. Ill say I've made mac the ways you have. I think sour cream is best or even cottage cheese.😍
