Grilled Country Style Boneless Pork Ribs - This is one of many easy to follow Low and Slow videos on hot to make Grilled Country Style Boneless Ribs using my Weber Kettle Grill. I will also be setting up my cook using a SnS Grills Slow n Sear for a long cook. The wood I will be using for flavor is a Cedar wood.
In the Oven:
You can bake them in a 250°F oven (line a baking pan with foil and cover the pan) for 90 minutes. Then, every 30 minutes or so, turn your ribs and paint them again with your favorite BBQ sauce.
Cook them for 3 - 5 hours
Boneless Pork Ribs Ingredients
3 lbs. Boneless Country Style Ribs
Kosher Salt
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
BBQ Sauce

AB has been getting me through this quarantine. My husband was intrigued when I found a guy who talks about Maryland and LA and Riverside (we have ties to all three), but he became super interested when I started feeding him the recipes I learned on this channel. He’s a meat and potatoes kind of guy, but I’ve been able to slowly expand his palate simply because because I tell him the food is an AB recipe. The other thing I really appreciate about AB and his advice is, if you follow it, you won’t be burning or ruining food and making expensive mistakes which not many of us can afford these days.

For those that don't know, country style pork ribs, bone in or boneless, are just cuts from a pork butt/boston butt. You can cook them many ways. Bohemian way, sear, add Sour Kraut and simmer till tender (electric skillet/oven/grill)... On the grill, just like you would do a pork butt with adjusted timing. I do mine at 175 for a few hours, till color correct, then bump up temp to 250 then into a aluminum wrap or covered aluminum tin and basically braise until pull tender add any BBQ sauce you want at wrap, or wait and add sauce after and just put on grill for a few minutes to set. They are great dry or wet!! This is a fantastic video with great instructions. AB does a great job on his videos. Would do a cook with him any day of the week

This has been my go to for 15 years whenever I have large family dinners. I do chicken Breast the same way. I do this to avoid our guest having to deal with bones. love this video because there are very few videos with Country Ribs. You were correct when you say you cannot over season them. I season mine heavy and allow the mixture of the Sweet BBQ sauce to off set it for a perfect blend. Also, I have never seen that grill that has that water troth. I like it I just typically put a pan down where you catch the drippings and add water to that pan.

A quick tip, get a thermometer, I use a cheap one that allows me to have 2 probes, I use one for the meats and one for the bbq... Start off with all your vents open all the way, fire up your coals and add them, put the lid on, wait till the temp stops climbing, or if it passes your cooking temp, close the top vent so only about 1/8th is open, leave the bottom open, if still hot I cut the bottom to half. You just have to keep playing around with the vents until you get it right. I do bold changes at first, like 100% to 50% if too cold after, I move to 75%, if to hot I move to 25% and repeat until it levels off. Hope this helps!

I just saw this video a few days ago for the first time. I have never grilled meat really good, just OK at best. Following your advice in this video, I got a couple briquet baskets and used a little aluminum pan to put the hot water in. I couldn't get the boneless pork ribs, so I grilled pork tenderloin (I cooked them for 2 hours instead of 3 hours because they would be like shoe leather if I didn't). I also grilled chicken thighs (I brined them as they thaw) and boneless skinless chicken breast for my cat. This was, by far, my best BBQ ever. This video has given me some basics to build on. I will definitely get the boneless ribs, the next time, though the loin was pretty darned good. Thank you, very much...

Awesome. Never seen boneless country ribs but I have some and was wondering how to cook them. Time to fire up the kettle. Thanks for the video man.

Country style ribs is our family favorite. Going to try a water pan the next time. I've used our smoker in the past. They come out a little dry. You keep up the great videos. Can't wait for the next one.
