I love cooking greens--can eat a whole bunch, cooked, all by myself--and this sauce would make me love them even more! This way of making the tempeh is different from what I'm used to, with the boiling first, so I'll try that next time. TFP!

Got this on my "to make" list! I almost always steam my tempeh first for recipes in the Instant Pot for "0" minutes--I like the texture that way. I also feel that once steamed, the tempeh absorbs the flavors of marinades better. Thanks again for another great video. I love your "fun facts"! Have a great day. 💗

Haven't been a fan of tempeh, but with this marinade I may be converted. Never knew to boil it first. And that sauce looks like the bomb, YUM!!

Boiling/steaming really does help with the bitterness if that's something you dislike about tempeh!

I think it would go well on lots of different things, but definitely try it on greens!

Looks good - love collards and like tempeh so will give this a try. You may want to add a splash of white vinegar when sauteing the collards as that will usually help tame the bitterness. Thanks for sharing!
