I love these beginner flows so much!! You feel great after, your full body gets some work, and it’s more about getting in touch with your body and abilities where you’re at than showing off or burning tons of calories just to burn them (though still works up a nice sweat). I was laying in bed stuck on my phone scrolling when I saw a notification from SMOOV. Knew I had to get up and do one of his workouts and I feel so much better for it!! Thank you SMOOV!!

I have to admit as a gay man I came on to admire your body but than I thought uhh I could do that and now I´m using your Videos in my daily morning training routines. Of course it does´nt hurt that you look absolutely hot, keeps my motivation going lol 🙂thanks for the free trainings.
