Hey coach! Do you think you could make quick things on sandbags for athletic development as well as your view on "eating for performance"?
@charlesborel84934 ай бұрын
Eating for performance, get enough calories, drink plenty water of course. People always stress about protein and yeah you need protein but you need complex carbohydrates. Whole oatmeal, whole wheat bread,etc

Do you ever worry about slight differences in left/right leg or arm movements? E.g. your left knee comes slightly more forward than your right in the one legged deads or your right arm flares more out on a pull etc?

what’s your opinion on high school athletes lifting at commercial gyms with their friends, like hitting arms and stuff in their free time? would you tell them to stop doing that and save themselves for their actual lifts with their team?

What bar do you use for the olympic lifts?

I have a pendlay bar that I use in my garage. It is nice but it’s old and used up quite a bit. I will need a new one in the coming years.

Shocked that you weighed only 225lbs considering how jacked and strong you are lol. Would you have any interest in doing a weightlifting meet if there was a local one? You’d crush
