dude watching the part on finn just reawakens all the anger i felt when his character was ruined he was really the most interesting character, and had such a huge role. its was setup so perfectly for finn to be our hero, or atleast a duo of heroes. imagine if rey and finn had equal roles, instead of finn being sent to the background. they literally gave finn half of the first movie dedicated to him awakening and seemingly starting his journey as the hero then all that was thrown away we couldve had such an amazing duo dynamic of finn and rey working together as we saw them doing in the final fight of part 7 where they pretty much passed the lightsaber between eachother. but all that was thrown away

My theory on who Snoke is. It's the stormtrooper from the first movie who banged his head on the door which gave him that nasty scar. He got his deformed face because he escaped from the first Deathstar with 1 second before it blew and the shockwave blew out the control console on the ship he was flying/ Gravely injured he saw Darth Vader floating through space in his badly damaged Tie fighter and decided he must rescue his superior. After rescuing Darth Vader Vader took it upon himself to train the young but brave stormtrooper in the ways of the force becoming very powerful and less clumsy. Snoke=Stormtrooper no one knew existed.

its a fair point, but i dont think that cannon... at least not level one cannon, or whatever they call it. i remember reading that when they began writing the new series, they basically threw out all the old extended universe material that was previously considered as cannon, although on a lesser tier than the films and offical lucas productions, which are still gospel. so techinically, if it wasnt in those productions, it doesnt hold any weight with this new series that Disney is producing. The rationale was that its just too much to sift through, tie together, etc.

Here's my theory: Episode 7 - Fear leads to anger. Episode 8 - Anger leads to hate. Episode 9 - Hate leads to suffering. We have already witnessed Finn's path from fear ( "You don't know the First Order like I do. They'll slaughter us. We all need to run.") to anger ( Against Kylo for killing his new friend Han and seriously wounding him) in the first episode. The next two steps will come in the next two episodes, with Finn's hate ultimately turning him into a servant of the dark side - suffering.
