I hope you all enjoyed this video! I learned a few things on this trip and I hope you did as well! Thank you for watching!! As a disclaimer I can’t stress enough the importance of making sure you have good ventilation while using a propane heater. Please have multiple ways of detecting CO. The Mr. Heater has a low oxygen sensor built in but having a second detection source is a must. NEVER run your heater while you are asleep. In this video I only used the heater while awake and with plenty of ventilation. Please and I stress, please do your research before ever considering using a propane heater in a tent, and make sure the heater is designed for indoor use, as the Mr. Heater is. If in doubt, leave it out 👍 safety first everyone!

What you can do with those stakes; once you got them in as far as you can in the frozen ground like you have them there. Is throw snow and water on top of it. It'll freeze up and create a good anchor point.

my husband and I went back and watched this video and wanted to say that we reallly enjoyed watching. the camping adventure was very interesting, and the "about me" segment was very interesting and touching as well. And you are right, you will see your little son again, and what a great promise. A little over 2 years ago, our 44 year old son went home to be with the Lord also, because of cancer. We have that same blessed hope also, and the wonderful promise that we will see him again . Sure makes heaven sound a little sweeter each day. Started watching your videos recently. Watched this one last night. Sorry about the loss of your son. Very much appreciate your Christian testimony in the videos - very rare today. At 74 I don't think I'll be trying the winter camping but my wife and I always enjoyed camping and hiking. She is in a nursing home now, but I plan to take the grandsons out a couple of times this summer.

Another great trip into nature Kenny. I loved your story and so sorry for your loss. Thank you for your service to our great Nation. Continue to let God lead you and let his lite shine through you. Plant as many seeds as you can. You have a perfect place to reach people world wide for Christ. We see him in you on every video. What a great inspiration you are. As far as your tent stakes, get some good rebar from a ready mix plant. Then you cut it to the length you need each piece. Take your grinder and sharpen it just like a pencil. No matter how frozen your ground is you will never bend them driving them in. Plus they have ridges on them so your tent loops will not come off even in strong winds. Hope this helps

I have an older sister born back in the 50’s that was born with a hole in her heart and she was with us for a few years before the Lord called her home. I was able to say goodbye to her though.
