Get crashpants, it will still hurt a bit if u crash on your ass, but later in the day there will be no permanent damage.

Hi,thanks to yours videos I've been improving my fronside 180 on the floor but now I want to do it in jumps , but no sure if I had to start the rotation before taking off of the jump or do it when I'm in the air or if depends of the jump , thanks for the tutorials , very useful

I landed my first frontside 180º yesterday while poping ice shoves. I found it so much easier to come in swich and land regular....but I have to improve landing in swich....great video so helpful❤

Man I wish it snowed all year round and I lived closer to a mountain so I practice more often. Currently I only go about 20 days a year.

The problem I have with this is in the grip to spring off of. Backsides are much easier because you press from your toe edge which is naturally dug in on a toe side turn. Front side you either spring from heel edge which I find doesn't have enough grip and I slip on the jump, or I try from toe and I'm going the opposite direction of a carve. Looks like maybe an ollie is the way to do it. I guess I'll try that next time.

Poping off your heels is generally harder as you have less access to that flex in your ankle to help you pop. Get comfortable popping off your heels as you ride along, once you have that nailed try adding in that rotation off of small features! :)
