I agree with you on the contests, I generally don't enjoy them since it's not my playstyle either. When I feel like time pressure and stress, I play one of my racing games 😊Fortunately, you only have to do the "contests" once to get them off the list. (And the time limits are, at times, as you said, "mental." Other times they're fine. There was one in Taymyr that I timed using the easiest route, using a Tatarin without load, and I still couldn't complete the route in time. And you're meant to do that one with a full load of cargo on a 4 slot trailer. Yeah right. 🤣🤣)

Yes! I probably wouldn't mind if it was 'three successes', because bronze is fine for completion. My anxiety with contests comes from the possibility of not achieving 100% complete. 😒

Same here. Which is why I pretty much always do the first run as a "boringly safe and completely unlikely to get me more than bronze, but I'll have it scratched off. I'll try the funny stuff on the last two, unless it's blatantly impossible." Wouldn't make for terribly interesting viewing, though 😊

For the river race, a narrow scout like the CK1500 will fit between the ice banks. Using mud tires on the Chevy, I managed gold.

Go Hummer, Go Hummer! Very nicely done, Good Job! You might as well get that Loadstar, I don’t know if you heard but phase 7 is going to be coming out on the pts. It’s racing oriented, filled with a crapload of timed contests, circuit racing and blah blah blah. The new region is in Tennessee, and that Loadstar is pretty much the fastest scout out there. This is the first upcoming phase that I am unexcited to play. I hate these dumbass contests. Ok Rant Complete, as always Awesome video.Cheers ✌️😬✌️

You need the loadstar even if you bought the crocodile, both truck have different purpose specially you will need the loadstar to pull the radar trailer unit because it a scout trailer the croc won't be able to tow it Dahm the crocodile didn't like these last contest specially with the tayga tyres on the video you got stuck on the river it was the front bumper that was catching on the ice Bank, tayga tyres + ice not good combo also
