​​@@rhodycars6058those things can be changed quickly. If you need the performance of a car most cars for under 70k have compromises and you need to mod / adjust them to your needs. I've put a KW V3 suspension, better pads and Dot 5.1 Fluid & lighter wheels on my M3P and it transformed the car. 5k in mods is still reasonable if you compare it to other ICE cars of that power beeing way more expensive anyway

You can shave half a second off of the 1/4 mile time for the Model 3 simply by heating the battery and taking it out of Track Mode. Please do a test in Track Mode to cool the battery off. Then navigate to a Supercharger for about 15 minutes and then do the 1/4 mile again. It will be MUCH faster the second time. I can run 11.43 for the 1/4 mile even with a 100% stock Tesla Model 3 Performance.

M2 let off the brake pedal during “preparing launch control” period. After 3-4 seconds of building boost, the car says “launch control ready”. If it was properly launched, the M2 would have disappeared from the Supras vision lol.

Not only is the Tesla the quickest, it's 4 times as efficient (100+ MPGe) and has almost no maintenance. So it saves you $10k+ on fuel & maintenance over 5 yrs. Plus EVs are holding higher resale value so that saves you thousands more. Overall Model 3 is an excellent all around sports sedan. Fast and fun to drive but super efficient.

I think people forget. The tesla also costs pennys to charge. ~120mpg where I live depending on what gas prices are on any given day. And has 4 doors tons of storage and so many convenience features. launch mode on the M2 is fairly easy.. these two don't know jack shit or can't read instructions properly. I figured mine out in less than 2 mins the first time. After you learn it the first or second time it becomes second nature.

I agree Tommy Mica 👍 M3P is the best value car, period. Hands down...faster than a new M2 in the 0-60 AND quarter mile...AND also capable of being twice as efficient as a Prius on a road trip. It's no wonder why Tesla took over BMW as the most sold luxury brand in 2022 in the US. Don't get me wrong, I love BMW's and have owned them as well. But the M3P is a hoot and being able to charge at home works great for me.

The M2 with a manual would be my pick of the 3. You don’t need to check all the boxes and climb up to a 78k car. Just choose a color and interior you like and leave it alone. They come nicely equipped already. You’ll be in the ballpark of low to mid 60s. Also had a TM3P, it’s a one trick pony. Only good for a quick 0-60 and being a convenient daily. As your dedicated sports fun car it’s not worth a thought. You lose a ton of range when you want to hit up the mountains for a Sunday drive and on the track. Your limited on aftermarket options as well.

Agree, traded my 23 M6 Supra for a M6 M2.. what you get on the M2, the package is so much better. The only think I like more on the Supra is the better feeling manual transmission, physical controls, the very slightly better gas mileage, the Supra did sound slightly better stock vs the M2 and the exterior design. The M2 comes with better 6 piston brakes, PS4S

I rented a Tesla Model Y in Germany just a few weeks ago. After 90 miles I went from 96 down to 32 percent SOC and was looking for a charging station. Cost to Charge back above 90 percent is around 40-50 dollars. Cost in Germany for a Y is over 70k dollars!!! To go 90 miles? What? Charging in Germany is not cheap and doing it out in the open in the rain is not ideal. Takes 45 mins or so to get back to over 90 percent. On the 220 grid it would take about 16 hours or so provided you do not pop a breaker. Public charging down town where the shops are is not worth it as parking spaces are in such short supply IC cars take them and prevent you from using the charger parking spaces. EV's not even close to prime time. I did see a bunch of Teslas in Heilbronn where I lived for many years and now back to visit family. For those that live there and have a charge station at home, this is ok for around town as they do not go far. For travel, it is just not there when it comes to EV's. A 70k plus dollar commuter car. Rich mans toy still. I do love electrics. I hate having them forced onto me.

Are you leaving some information out, like you were on the autobahn going 100 or something? Far as charging costs that's about 3 times more than the US, and the car is 20k cheaper. The short range will get you about 190 miles going 80. So something isn't quite right
