I think it's Calvin because of the club, Tom doesn't seem like the kind to go clubbing, though I obviously don't know him. When she was writing it at first it was about not seeing her boyfriend for a couple of months and Tom&Taylor were seen together pretty consistently until their breakup. Gorgeous may have been written from the perspective of MET gala or right after it.
