stale bread (crumb) - 150 g
milk 2.5% - 300 ml
beef - 450 g
fatty pork - 400 g
onion - 150 g
garlic - 3 cloves
salt - 10-12 g
ground black pepper - 1/4 tsp.
ground allspice -1/4 tsp.
nutmeg - 1/2 tsp.
oil for frying,
breadcrumbs.
