For reference I did 23*73=1,679 (24 tributes minus the victor time 73 of the normal hunger games) 1679+24=1703(the second quarter quell double the tributes) 1703+22=1,725(peeta and katniss survived in the 74th) 1725+18=1,743(beetee, katniss, peeta, johanna, finnick, and enobaria survived the 75th)
