I love how they just give out all this info for free and actually prob at a cost to them. Considering most power lifters train by themselves either at home or at a gym, these series are such a game changer.

Plenty of good coaching here. For me, it's the little fixes that make the difference. The last bit with fixing the knees is spot on for me. I will do this in today's squats :) Thanks Swede!

Great video! Would much appreciate it if Mr. Burns could expand on correcting the bar tilt. I have an issue with my upper back collapsing a bit, which I blame on lack of mobility, which pitches me forward out of the hole and that seems to be a common problem but I wouldn't know the solution.

These educational and technique videos are by far the best! This is invaluable content and every time I learn something new! THANK YOU VERY MUCH EliteFTS for sharing so much great content for free. This is absolutely amazing and I appreciate this a lot. Guys, if you haven't subscribed to the channel of these awesome guys yet, FIX THAT ISSUE IMMEDIATELY!!! These videos are so expensive to produce. We should value this, that these guys share everything for free and a like for the the video, a subscribtion or sharing is the least thing we can do. Thank you

@PrimeMatt3 жыл бұрын
Totally disagree regarding the 'empty bar' Over the last 27 years, it is rare to see someone move well with an empty bar, and quite pointless. Having the weight causes tension in a way you can't manifest through conscious effort, and this tension completely changes the squat, for the better. Warming up with an empty bar on any movement is at best pointless, unless your working weight is 40kg
@swedeburns3 жыл бұрын
Cool story. How much do you squat?
@ilikefruit6663 жыл бұрын
If you can’t stay tight with an empty bar you probaly can’t with 90%
