What Jackie said at 53:24 is crazy. I lost my job of five years in June this year. I loved my job. I had an issue with a part time employee that got me terminated. They took her side over mine regardless of the reputation I upheld for five years in that environment...I was devastated. God blessed me 40 days later with another job in the field I prayed for for years. ❤ God is so good. And in this new position I've learned to not idolize the job but Love Him more. I'm so blessed.

I write this to edify Jackie - I have struggled with significant unwanted same-sex attraction for years, even though I was raised in a Christian home. God called me to confess after a breakdown at age 25. To this day, while he’s sustained me to never engage in a sinful partnership, he hasn’t answered my deep yearning to reverse my affections - I am not a wife, or a mother, and as I’m about to turn 40, the sorrow weighs heavy as I must accept God’s ‘no’. You’ve been one of a few safe reformed evangelicals whose ‘digital’ presence has ministered to my soul in this time of disenfranchised grief. Your honesty is SO refreshing. The way you speak of God’s grace with such candour encourages me to not give up, by his spirit. The reformed evangelical church in Brisbane is a hard place to belong to, and like you, I’ve suffered as a result of my openness. The judgements can be harsh and I’ve lost heart to attend in person; I’m such a minority. Those who do accept and shine Christ’s love to me are easily outnumbered by those who don’t even realise the harm their attitudes cause. You, Ray Ortlund, Sam Alberry and the late Tim Keller have been instruments of his Word to me. Thank you, with sincerity, for your sacrifice in speaking the hard truth about sin and grace. I hope to see you and Preston back on your channel when you are rested and restored.

I was struggling with God’s calling and pulling of me and was in a really bad place on a specific day when my sister sent me a link to your KZbin. This was around the tour and I watched the video on Emotional Idolatry. After that video, I watched 3 of your sermons, I watched another 3 and watched 3 a day for the next week of so. Jackie, you taught me-a Nigerian girl that didn’t grow up ever reading the Bible- to read the Bible and my life has not been the same since. I have learned soooo much about telling the truth from you and your husband. God used you SIGNIFICANTLY to bring me to the unwavering faith and intimacy I have with Him today. YOU ARE A BLESSING. Preston and Jackie, I'm so grateful for your ministry! You're a blessing to me and many others. Preston, I want to give you a standing ovation for how you handled the situation with Marcus Rogers. Your response was gracious and firm. I believe it's essential for Christians to hold people like Marcus Rogers accountable for spreading lies and disrespecting others. In the future, I hope we'll see more Christians taking a stand against this kind of toxic behavior. Preston, I appreciate you for calling out the toxicity of online exposure ministries in this video. This conversation is long overdue. Content creators with large platforms should be held legally accountable for using their platforms to cyberbully and humiliate other Christians. Cyberbullying is a crime that can carry serious consequences, including fines and jail time of up to 10 years. Moreover, biblical rebuke and confrontation should come from within personal communities, not from strangers online. This online spiritual policing is not only messy but also unbiblical, causing more harm and division than good. To Preston and Jackie, thank you for being a shining example of God's love and restoration. Your character and integrity are a testament to God's work in your lives. I deeply love and respect you both, and I'm honored to support you as you continue to be a voice of love and restoration.

I am in Kenya and let me tell you, when I started listening to your content, the conviction that came into my heart was so loud, I went back to church. I have never regretted it for a second. How you specifically inspired me is leaning on 'The word' and not ' A word'. Bible Reading had always been a struggle. But the more I read, and meditate on his word, the more I get to know God and it's exciting, hard, enlightening and everything I needed. I love you guys, I pray that in the resting season that God keeps you and gives you more grace to share his word boldly.

I love you guys so much, this is a season of my time with JESUS listening to you both has really helped me, I listen to Tiphini Montgomery and Jerry Flowers, but right now I'm listening to you guys for this season. And I have been convicted and taught so much from the both of you. People don't read their word and point the finger at you judging GOD have mercy on them they'll be dealt with. Go get your rest and spend time with our FATHER GOD and keep hitting the enemy where it hurts because it's needed I was lukewarm and thank GOD for HIS grace and your KZbin content come across my page and caused me to wake up and now I'm hot and turned on the fire for GOD so HE'S going to take care of you and your ministry because I see what you guys do and it's blessed 🙏

"it has made me less loving" 36:22... Yuuh..I felt that. Ai am a lecturer and I'm going through that with students because the more I tried to help them them more they'd complain so much. This year was a year I felt like I've loved students less than I ever did in previous years. I loved students more than my job which made the job easier... Now I respect my job more, whether the students fail or not I couldn't care as long as I lecture and focus on my things. Criticism does that to a person... It dumpens the love in our hearts... we're human beings

Thank you for this podcast. I hope your break is filled with joy. The "Jesus is God" episode is one of my favorite episodes (from anyone) and a podcast classic, IMO. It is very thorough and biblically sound. Such a necessary topic. Thanks for teaching us.

Perry said, "That was honest." I would say you are always honest. I can trust that you will be transparent and honest as you share the Truth. You are so obedient to the Lord's call day to day. Just keep listening.

I was one to criticize your clothing Jackie but even in that i would never take away that you have a heart for God. The fact that you just want to please God alone encouraged me to not to pay attention to my opinions. Stay encouraged and keep going. Y'all podcast and work for the Lord encourages so many. 🙏🏽

This ministry right here y'all..... I've changed my way of thinking, I learned how to love HIS image barriers, like allow the HOLY SPIRIT to show you, you have said so many times just like Job and you still stand. Preston heart towards the people has opened me up to evangelizing to people and sister Jackie man ........ your testimony has set a lot free glory to GOD glory to GOD y'all uooze with the presence of GOD, JESUS HOLY SPIRIT. Eyes are opening and the enemy can't stand that he is loosing his foot soldiers. For such a time as this because we're getting ready for Christ's return.

This entire podcast is 💯. So much of what has been said, I believe, is what a lot of people are feeling. God is doing something. I appreciate you guys willingness to be vulnerable and speak in such an honest way. Bravo! I applaud you two taking a break and focusing on your family. God bless you two and your babies.
