Meta business suite is a great tool, you can schedule facebook and instagram posts, as well as stories and kind of track you progress. And it is free:) I use it with my clients and it has been working out great!

Hey there! Posting time still matters. Posting content when your audience is active helps you in the algorithm. You want to check your insights to see when the best time is. Also, interesting thing - when you’re looking at your analytics check and see if the time zone of them is PST! This will help you make sure you’re posting at the right time. I find that early morning (8-10a), midday (12-1), evening (5-6:30), and late night/am (9p, 2:30-3:30a) are good general times to post.
