Is the leader's hand on the back different for American tango? Or is it Argentine? I thought I saw somewhere that the follower had the "karate chop" difference, but that the leader also put their hand more center and diagonal on the follower's back.

For leaders the hand is the same. For argentine tango the hold in general is a bit different 😊

Great eye! Megan's leg is between mine so we close all the space between our thighs but you'll see my foot a bit more on the outside than hers. Although at 3:57 I kinda cut short the basic to turn around to the camera ;-) I hope that helps! -Brian
