These Carnivore friendly buns are so easy to make, add ingredients to the bowl and mix! I share how to make a single bun as well, using the microwave and the oven. I love that this is the same recipe as my Carnivore bread, so you can mix up a double batch and make both, great for meal prepping.

Cal: 1517 | Net Carbs: 1g | Fiber: 0g | Total Carbs: 1g | Fat: 120.7g | Protein: 93.6g
Ingredients:
100g / 1 cup Carnivore Flour
30g 2 tbsp Baking Powder
60g / 4 tbsp Butter
60g / 6 tbsp Mayonnaise/Greek Yogurt/ Heavy Cream
4 Large Eggs, room temperature
140g / 3/4 cup Water
Serves 1
Nutritional Information for 1 Large Bun:
Cal: 379 | Net Carbs: 0.25g | Fiber: 0g | Total Carbs: 0.25g | Fat: 30.2g | Protein: 23.4g
Ingredients:
25g / 1/4 cup Carnivore Flour
7g 1 heaped tsp Baking Powder
15g / 1 tbsp Butter
15g / 1 1/2 tbsp Mayonnaise/Greek Yogurt/ Heavy Cream
1 Large Egg, room temperature
35g / 3 1/2 tbsp Water

Just curious... if this is basically just half of the bread loaf recipe, why does it use four eggs, instead of two?

Actually it's a different recipe altogether...but you're welcome to use the bread recipe. People have said this bun recipe makes a better loaf of bread but I haven't tried it.

This one in particular is homemade. But when I was practicing, I did use whatever I had in the refrigerator. It also works well with Greek yogurt or heavy cream if you don't want to use mayo
