Hello and welcome to this week’s Soft Flow!
A 30 minute full body yoga sequence you can do in your own time and comfort of your own home.
Suitable for all levels of yoga including beginners, this class is perfect if you want a gentle and restorative practice to round off your first week of the new year.
There are no standing postures in this routine, but we will be spending a bit of time kneeling in various points throughout, so I recommend you have a soft towel or blanket to hand for a little added comfort under the knees if you’re practicing on a hard floor.
