In this vlog I show you how to make Easy Soft Plum Cake. Hope you guys enjoy it.
Almonds - 25 gms
Cashew nuts - 25 gms
Tutti frutti - 25 gms
Dates - 25 gms
orange peel - 25 gms
Raisins - 25 gms
cherries - 25 gms
Brandy - 1/2 Cup
Sugar - 1/2 Cup
lukewarm water - 3/4 Cup
Jaggery - 1/2 Cup
Maida - 1 1/4 Cup
Salt - 1 Pinch
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Masala Powder - 1 tsp
Milk - 1/4 Cup
Refined oil - 4 tbs
Curd- 1 tbs
Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
Orange Marmalade - 2 tbs
SOda bicarbonate - 1/2 tsp
Vinegar - 1 1/2 tsp
Icing Sugar
