BAM SON! www.bunkerbran...
Join me on this awesome camp. I go solo this time for a spring camp.
I was prepared for rain all day and bugs, I was blessed with neither!
I portage and paddle to find a good campsite to camp at, troll for Lake Trout, explore another lake, fend off hungry seagulls, and really enjoy this solo spring camp!

Hey Joe, my name's Dom and i've been watching your videos since early 2017 and i absolutely love your videos. i often watch them before bed because i find them very relaxing. I am 17 turning 18 in a few months and i've been dealing with the same stomach things you're describing for about 2 years and i'm finally getting tests run for it. you should look into crohns disease and ask your doctor about getting tested for it because that's what my doctor suspects that i have. keep up the great videos and i hope you're able to get better and continue doing what you love!

Joe you have the unique gift of being able to make each of us feel like we're there, sitting by the fire, laughing uproariously as you sing "One Fish Joe". Don't change who you are and what your channel is. Even if you're only making videos of sitting by the fire for twenty minutes, I'll be watching. When I can't camp myself, I go with you in spirit. Praying that the your health will improve so you can live life to the fullest!

My fav part of this video besides the fish cook was while your in the boat crossing the lake around time 1:13 and you hear the constant wind blowing, its loud but gentle and soothing. Just you paddling the boat and making small talk while paddling. Priceless.

Joe, sorry to hear about your health problems. In 2012 I had some blood in my stool, went to the ER, they scheduled a colonoscopy for the next day or so. Turned out to be a malignant tumor. A couple days later I had an operation where they took out 1/3 of my upper large intestine. They don't mess around with this. I recovered with no pain and went home in 5 days. The cancer was gone and I have had not ill effects. I thought I might have digestive/elimination problems, but I feel completely normal. I hope this encourages you. Never never ignore symptoms, get checked out. My cancer was caught early, even though the tumer was over 1 inch in size, I was cured. I hope and pray that everything works out for you. Great video. You are the best.

Take care of yourself Joe. I just had surgery to maybe correct by pooper problems, It's VERY new so a bit tender. I,like yourself have had many different diagnosis and it seemed like forever to get things done. I had four GI bleeds and have been hospitalized several times. Here's hoping it is fixed. As for baby Tripper just give him all the love you can give him, keep introducing him to other people and dogs and he will be fine. He seems like a smart little guy and I'm sure you will have a super little camping buddy. Lots of love from Nova Scotia

Good to see a new video! Nice day out for me too. Started my day with a Joe video before heading into nature. Nice!!! I really love your channel! I watch it all the time, over and over. At home I have nothing to do and nowhere to go. I visit parents often for 2 or 3 weeks at a time in the country-side where I can enjoy nature and bushcrafting. They have alot of forest on their property too. I love that you have so many of these videos that are long. I haven't found other bushcrafters with lots of long videos of their outings. That's why I always watch yours, plus you are more interesting too. Thank you for such a great channel Joe!

Joe your health issues remind me of what I suffered 20 years ago. Physical activities wrecked me 'til I got it sorted. My job was physical and high risk so I had to get it sorted.Antibiotics, pain relief, high fibre drinks, warm baths, and hydrocortisone suppositories. I was so ill . It turned out I had a deep pilonidal cyst. So surgery and every second day for 8 days I was sedated to change my dressings. It was ALL worth it. I have never looked back , I eat my greens stay away from sugary and processed foods.

I feel you Joe.. I've been dealing with IBS since I was 22 years old.. now I'm 27 and they still cannot find anything so I get classified as IBS, just like you. Quality of life really goes down, but I'm really happy that you still takes the time to do what you love! Even though it's not as often as you'd like. I hope you get a bit better in the following days, if you're anything like me I get up and down pretty often.. at least sometimes I have a few days of feeling "normal" here and there! Hey Joe Gary from England here. Next time you're doing a subscribers Q n A. Question 1 Whats the best Back country campsite you ever found? The fish board/table in that film shows how you can sometimes get a little surprise bonus with some spots. The lack of flat ground, which is everybody's pet hate, showed the downside. Question 2 Have you ever thought about spending a day or 2 improving a back country site? And i mean make it proper luxury. Take a shovel and make flat spots, and make some wooden soft furnishings. Name it after yourself with a plaque and everything. Hope you get to read this. Gary aka Bushcraft Dads

I remember sitting down once and blood poured out from my nethers and soaked my shorts. Scary stuff the nethers. I had to slow my drinking too. Still working on it. I always loved cayenne as a pepper. Turns out, it's a spice that can help with the tummy. I really had to add more fruit and slow down, talk about how I felt and practice paying attention to myself and learning when to let go, and learning and learning.... We ARE worth it....Good decisions and good days!!!!You and doug both are a riot, so hilarious, so smart and so willing.... Its great stuff!!!!

I know how you feel Joe, my sons friend has that same issue. My son and I also stay close to our domain cause of our stomachs. Your a great guy, and your on top of it. I dont pray a lot, but I will for you. Your videos, and I'm a 63 year old hairstylist, cool chick, have helped me so much. I feel like I'm there. The way you talk to us, it's just the best. No other guys compare to you. They are not as personable nor interesting, so get better, or move to podcast, like I heard you say one day. We lob lob lob you.

Hey Joe, We are praying for your health, for all of us indeed, it sucks when our own body sets a limitation but we all know your mind is free and tunes to the outdoor so any challenges ahead you will overcome it. Great trip like always, hopefully you will keep them coming soon without issues. Me and family just got back from a week long trip to California with stops at Universal Studios, Yosemite National Park and then the Santa Monica Peer, now that I fulfilled family duty, I can hear the river screaming to me for a canoe trip.. can not wait!..no peasant life eh? Regards from Las Vegas
