Whether you just started working from home or you are working from home more than usual, a stiff mid-back can become a problem if you don’t have the right office ergonomics or don’t know how to move properly to prevent a stiff mid-back.
In this video, I discuss the most common reasons for a stiff mid-back for those working from home. We start out by adjusting your home workstation, learning how to work at a laptop or tablet, and making sure you know how to sit with the best posture possible.
After that, I share some of my favorite stretches, exercises, and helpful movements for those working from home with a stiff mid-back.

Sejam, I am in the same boat but believe me with proper therapy it works! My back was killing me (spine bone spurs) and I went to the doctor and they put me on PT for a month and a half and it did a world of wonder. Yes, you can recover from this! and Dr. Chris Sovey's comments on this are spot on. Hope you recover soon!
