This video serves as the perfect example of the problem with just allegations. They never leave your shadow and should come with legal repercussions if false.
@NeiasaurusCreations Жыл бұрын
But here's the problem. You can't actually prove their false. Not really. At best you can call them into question by finding inconsitencies. Which I'll put it out there, is perfectly normal. Trauma effects how you actually recall events. It can completely erase large chunks of years. Or cause you to see a stranger inside of someone you know. It can cause you to misremember details, or to remember it differently based on time. There's also the fact people misspeak if they talk enough. What I'm saying is that a certain level of inconsistency is actually fairly normal for abuse, SA, and other trauma related crimes. The fact there's almost never physical hard evidence also works against the accuser. And when an accusation relies solely on a person's word, as almost ALL cases of SA do for instance, it's going to be incredibly hard to prove your case, even if you're telling the truth about it. This is made worse with literally even a single day wait of reporting it to the police, because memory , and evidence goes out the window. Any physical evidence is completely gone if you take a shower, which is the normal reaction to SA for instance. But on the flip side, there's rarely physical evidence that the accused is actually innocent. They're not going to in a lot of cases have any evidence like that. Their only chance is they were somewhere they can PROVE to have been at the time of the event and are able to get witnesses or camera footage of them. Short of that, there's almost no evidence to free them of guilt. What this means is it comes down to word versus word, and neither side can be conclusively proven wrong or right. So punishing people for not gaining a conviction in cases where almost NO cases get actual convictions, would just be a method of intimidating future victims from ever even trying to come forward. So as unfair as allegations can be, I don't think the solution is to punish victims because the crimes they're victims of leave no evidence, and so are nearly impossible to prove. That to me just seems to be asking to re-victimize victims. And when you look at stats, actual false-allegations are the very very uncommon case, not the norm. So you'd be widely punishing innocent victims far, far more often than punishing the few who weaponize accusations. I know, it'd be so much easier if life was as simple as saying "anything that doesn't result in life sentences must clearly be fake and false allegations", and punishing those people. But alas, life is never that simple. Accusations like this are very complicated and complex, and likeliness is, no conviction will ever be secured in any circumstance. With only the super rare exception to that.
@MrShadownetwork10 ай бұрын
@@NeiasaurusCreationso stop with the “it might scare real victims” crap if the crime really happened then there’s no reason to keep silent about it and they are definitely more cases coming out now of the “victim” lying just to hurt the accused. @NeiasaurusCreations10 ай бұрын
@MrShadownetwork 1) Look into the hard statistics. Of all rape accusations less than 10% are false. This doesn't mean it never happens. It means that 9 of 10 will be true. 2) No. If I meant to say something I'd just say it you absolute bundle of intellectual failure. 3) You can only say that having never been raped or sexually assaulted. There is loads of reasons a victim won't always come forward or come forward instantly. Fear is amongst the top of this. Fear of disbelief fear of consequences. (You know exactly like you are doing right now. You are part of the problem and it's disgusting.) As well as stuff like feeling violated and wishing to forget it ever happened. There's a lot of reasons and I can't list them all here. But any person who even REMOTELY understands how trauma, ptsd or any psyological damage of a traumatic incident like rape will tell you is extremely normal. 4) Fun fact rape is one of the most under reported crimes period. And also one of the absolute hardest to seek legal recourse for. As evidence usually doesn't exist and if it did most victims first urge would get rid of that. All in all you are objectively wrong. And the fact you're completely unwilling to even consider a victims story is exactly why you're just the worst. One doesn't need to believe every accusation blindly. But one also morally can't deny the existence of rape and refuse to believe any victim without an unrealistic or impossible arbitrary standard. They are both wrong views though the later is objectively more disgusting than the former and is a completely irredeemable position to take.

I’d 60% believe the victim if the whole thing just made sense. Correct me if I’m wrong, but: 1. She filed the police report three whole days after accusing him publicly and ruining his chance to compete for the upcoming tourney. She was fully prepared in releasing a multi-page document with screenshots just because she was simply “angry” doesn’t cut it. She’d rather publicly release all of this online rather than getting justice through the police. 2. The s*x tape was recorded by sinatraa, and when she asked for it he freely sent it to her no problem, so if he recorded him r*ping her why would he send it to her? 3. She has the full uncut video (not just the small audio clip she released online) of the whole thing playing out, wouldn’t that be enough evidence to put him in jail?

I had a friend (girl), that said to everyone that one of our friends try to rape her. She told everyone that 2 weeks later after it happened. Some context, the 2 involve were great friends. The guy tbh is a little pushy, and she did have a fling with someone else in the group, however it is weird because of the 2 weeks ALSO, this is the thing. The guy that she was dating found out that the "raper" stayed the night in her house as it was her birthday, and only after he found out is that she started telling everyone that our friend attempted rape. The other weird thing is that the day after the "rape" she posted a story on IG with him about her birthday. This was a year ago, and nobody knows the truth but I can guess that she is lying. Women maybe dont think what happens after the accusation, it litterally will destroy your life and we dont have any way of winning the he said she said argument with a woman because it is definitly more likely that a man can rape a woman as we are stronger

About Sinatraa: - Him saying that he had the whole recording and then saying that he didn't. Seemed like, he watched the whole thing afterwards and decided not to publish it, because it didn't help his case as much as he hoped for, or just was straight up incriminating. Or there were some weird kinky shit that he'd rather not make public? idk xD - From what I understood from his tweets, he fully cooperated with the official investigation, conducted by the official law enforcement (and not the one conducted by Riot), which decided that the investigation would not reach conclusion due to insufficient evidence. Not providing evidence to Riot was most likely an advise from his lawyers and rightfully so, imo, because they are not an official law enforcement and they have no right to request an evidence, but what they have right to, is banning him from their competitive scene. - Keeping a GPS location on ur girlfriend is weird af. It shows how immature and insecure he was or is. If she gives you a reason to feel like she's cheating on you, talk to her and if it doesn't resolve anything, just break up with her. You could be wrong, she could be completely innocent, but it's much better than losing your mind, checking her GPS locations every minute and making both your and her lives miserable. About Cleo: - In general No means no. If a person says "No", with a serious tone and you still don't stop then you should be locked up, but... She doesn't sound neither serious nor distressed. It's a playful "no... no..." using child like voice and you can hear him laughing as well. I'm no expert, but I simply can't hear any distress or emotional abuse in that sound clip. She's also aware of that and to make it look more legit, she added few words before the clip, about the "baby-like voice" she kept using around him. All in all, It could be exactly what she says it is, but it could also be them role playing, or it could be their kink, etc. People just piss me off, when they keep repeating the "nO mEaNs No, rEgArDlEsS tHe cOnTeXt, wHy iS iT sO hArD tO uNdErStAnD". Like in the voice clip's case, she keeps laying groundwork for the counterarguments he might have. Drops a few words of "explanation" of why she did this and that, in an attempt to manipulate the flow of audiences thought process, and then shows the screenshots. Like, if you point out her baby voice and how playful she sounds, her supporters gonna be like, 'didn't you read what she said?! That's just the voice she used around him!' Like, this seems soooo... I don't even know... And she does that a LOT!! For example: 'Oh, he will say that I threatened him with killing myself if he left me, but it's a lie!' Okay...How do you know he's gonna say that? hmm?? Maybe because that's exactly what happened??? And now you're just laying the groundwork for him potentially bringing that up, so you'll have an argument of, "I told you, he'd accuse me of that! So, naturally I'm the one who's right, because I said it first!". Or could it be that you actually threatened him with suicide if he left, because you were idolising him and didn't want him gone? That is the most fucked up manipulation one can force upon someone. My cousin had a boyfriend who started to threaten her with suicide if she broke up with him and she was in that kind of miserable relationship almost a year, before she couldn't take it anymore and asked us for help. Another one is, when she made a tiktok video making fun of his current girlfriend, calling her child and underage. She touches that topic and like in previous cases, tries to lay a groundwork, with 'Oh, I didn't mean it in a bad way or to harass her. It was an innocent joke about how young she looks, but they didn't take it that way and they blocked me :('. 'So, yeah, now that I told you that, if they bring that up in their response, remember, I am the one who's right! Why? Because I said it first, of course! ;)' These are the two instances that come to mind rn. But the point is, she brings up an ambiguous evidence, where both parties seem kinda off and with the pre-words tries to paint herself as innocent to drive the narrative towards her, when people look into the evidence. - Call me insecure, but if I lost a game in a tournament and my girlfriend posted something like, "I'm so proud of you" to the enemy team, I'll be pissed as well. Like, wtf?? I thought we were here to support each other and right after my loss, you post this? not "gg", not "congrats to outlaws", but "I'm proud of you"? Thanks a lot... And no, just because her friends were rooting for the enemy team, doesn't justify her stance, it has nothing to do with it. I don't think, it was intentional, more like oopsie moment, but the fact that she's showing it as an evidence for an emotion abuse, shows how oblivious she is.

I feel like the video is the clearest and earliest sign of everything wrong with the situation. It would have clearly been incriminating to some extent since Jay didn't provide it and at the same time it wouldn't have pushed Cleo's case any further than the audio did otherwise she would have provided it. It's clear that both people were at fault and part of a toxic relationship but I think being stuck on it for more than 2 years is completely immature of them. It just sounds like a vindictive girlfriend trying to ruin his career for as long as she can. At the same time Jay should have complied with the investigation, but being a famous man in the 2020s means that by default the public doesn't care about his side of the story. Realistically he was punished prematurely and it's surreal to me that he's still in this limbo after she even dropped the charges.

the only reasons she dropped the case is cuz she wants the allegations to haunt sinatraa’s career for as long as possible. otherwise she would have continued with it until it proved or disproved that he was guilty. and if the allegations were disproven, she would get so unfathomable hate and sinatraa would have his career back which she wouldnt want. but if there was enough evidence to incriminate him (the video) she would continue with the case, which she didnt because she knows there isnt enough evidence and she wants to haunt sinatraas career for as long as possible.

the fact that she made an olny fans account a few months after when she said she almost unalived herself because of the “sexual assault” really puts a big question mark on her claims. I don't care how shady a person might be, I will never take any accusations posted on Twitter seriously. @@thelonewolfie34and that’s because it was proven. accusations on twitter are just that, accusations. nobody can prove anything by just going on twitter and saying “hE/sHe rApEd mE”. the best choice is to gather as much evidence as possible and then go to the authorities, not slander someone’s reputation over a unproven accusation.

Wake up babe! New Tech video just dropped. Will edit this reply after I watch the video entirely. EDIT: OK, so after the video, I can only think that this was just how a teenage relationship works. None come mentally prepared and the reason for a relationship hinges on physical desire and ego. Now, I do agree with Tech in where the evidence must be shown in order to really understand the gravity of the damage done. So either one of them has to come forward with that or this case will be pointless. That aside, great work Technicals. Got a good laugh at the "not a real detective" part and the observations provided a lot of insight despite how uncooperative everyone around the case has been. Hopefully this will help shed new light on the case and I also hope you can dig into more of this series (Detective Tech I mean).
