Love the part about Esam and Kokiri being perpetual victims. A little over a year and a half ago at a tournament I trolled Esam by telling him “Ive got your girls premium snap”. That was the complete extent of what I said to him, and he immediately went to Twitter about it, name dropping me and vaguely saying I “harassed” him with no further context, and I had a storm of his followers in my notifs and DMs for like a whole week about it. I apologized to him ON VIDEO, not sure if either of them saw it cuz they both blocked me, but I did, put it into the public, and was genuine about it. That whole thing seemed done and over with until just a few months ago Esam and Kokiri were complaining about how they get harassed in the community and make tweets saying: “Remember that time a guy made sexual comments about me and he got so out of hand he was physically removed from the venue, and then still incited harassment towards me on Twitter the next day.... Im talking about when (my tag) harassed Eric. I wasn’t present but his words were sexually explicit/harassing comments towards me. People pledged to my patreon to tweet photos at Eric because of it the next day. Already public that this happened”. 1) I literally just said “I got your girls premium snap”.... was it rude? Yes. Sexually explicit/sexual harassment? Major stretch. 2) I was NOT “physically removed” from the tournament/venue, this is a complete lie to make it out that what I did was something severe, and they were victims of something much worse than what happened. Esam told a TO, who then told me to leave Esam alone, which I did. That was it. I stayed for the remainder of the tourney. 3) I never said anything to either of them on Twitter or messed with her on her Patreon afterwards. Other random people who I have nothing to do with did that. The next day I tweeted that Esam’s use of the word “harassment” is very vague, gave the context of what actually happened and was said, and told people to judge me for it how they will. Nothing more. I understand that what I did may have encouraged others to bother them on twitter and on her patreon (although tbf no one wouldve known about it at all if he didnt tweet about it and blow it out of proportion), but neither are something I did myself, and yet they still publicly slander me with those accusations 1.5 years later as if I did those things. After they tweeted this, I of course was swarmed by their followers once again, and even lost friends/followers for it. There was a point where I legit felt sorry for it, but they have milked so many victim points out of such a mild comment, and still have no problem slandering me with exaggerations and lies after I apologized on video. They can fuck themselves LOL. Great vid.

This was said about characters like Pikachu and Falcon. All it takes is the character to be played in the right hands and more development for good results to come. Obviously there is some objectively bad characters, but Samus literally has the tools to win tournaments consistently and has the future development to compete reasonably in the meta. The main reason why Samus doesn't "win anything" is the general lack of top level representatives which in turn causes slow development for the character.

The whole "believing false accusations" shit could be fixed if ESAM did one simple thing: Ask for proof. If I remember correctly, he just takes every allegation at face value and doesn't look into the "victim" or the accused at least long enough to see if it's bullshit or not. He should be smarter with a large following that's willing to do what he says because it can (and has) gotten completely innocent people have hate directed towards them.

“Innocent until proven guilty” is a good policy for both victimless crimes and for crimes with substantial evidence, but sexual harassment and/or assault are often neither of those things. A lot of the time it just comes down to an allegation and a denial, with no evidence for either. And what are you going to do with that? Someone was possibly violated there. We have to view these cases somewhere between presuming innocence and presuming guilt.
