When I opened it the first piece got jammed in the position where it just peaks out about 2mm. Really hard jammed. Had to use a flat screwdriver to get it out. Very non satisfying solution :( Now the last piece keeps getting stuck in the same position when reassembling it. Can't recommend this to anyone who doesn't like jammed metal to be a part of the challenge. It's a real pity because besides that I really like the puzzle.

I've had this puzzle for 3 years, and refused to look up the answer that whole time. I'd find it in my drawer every now and then and attempt it for 20 mins or so before giving up. I was stuck just like you were, convinced that you had to line it up inside so that it would slide apart. I finally caved today and looked up a hint. Once I knew it came out the front I was able to eventually get it. A bit mad at myself for getting on a one track way of thinking, and having to get a hint but I honestly don't think I would have ever solved it otherwise. I'm glad it took you as long is it did I feel a bit vindicated now. Even a master like you had a tough time with it!

As someone that finds your puzzle solving videos very relaxing (and a fan of asmr), I wish you filmed more of the solving process even though you think most of us find it boring. Since stumbling upon your channel recently, I must say it's scratched an unreachable itch of mine! Thank you! My grandfather, who flew a P-51 Mustang in WWII, passed away several years ago and my older sisters and I, (I'm the youngest of three daughters, poor dad!), always thought Grandpa was the best ever! Because he always had the oddball and fun gifts! My favorites were the puzzles! My dad always had puzzles set out everywhere from Grandpa, the coffee table, fireplace mantle, bookshelves, etc., anything from a metal ring between two horseshoes, wooden balls on a knotted rope, too many to name! Even jigsaw puzzles at varying degrees of difficulty. I came to live with my father after my divorce eleven years ago, and as my father's health declined from Type 1 diabetes, and arthritis started to claim his hands. So he hadn't played with them in ages. When he passed in 2015, he willed me his house and many of his possessions, including the prized puzzles from his dad, my beloved Grandpa! Eight months after my dad died, on March 6th, 2016, my 19 year old son suddenly passed away from Addison's Disease. He'd had an upper respiratory infection and they believe he might not have been as careful with taking his meds as he should have been, which led to an Addisonian crisis through the night while he was at his dad's house. Losing my older son caused me a great deal of pain and sent me into a depression. But since finding your channel, it's helped bring back a lot of very happy memories. I've also brought out many of my dad's puzzles to try to solve them, with renewed vigor and remembering great times! Especially with it being the third anniversary of my son's death, this month has been difficult for me. I just want to thank you, from the bottom of my heart!💜 And that you've found a new, loyal fan in me! Not just with the puzzles, but with the magic, too! Thank you, again! Sincerely, ~Ariane R. Salt Lake City, Utah PS: My oldest sister was a magician's assistant in the early 90s. I had a blast going with her to help care for his animals and was lucky enough to get front row seats to several shows. I was probably 11/12ish around that time. Still enjoy it all, though. We all should have magic in our lives.
