Welcome to my somatic routine to get you out of functional freeze. This routine introduces you to a series of somatic exercises designed to help regulate your nervous system and find yourself again after dissociation. In this video, you'll learn:
1) Full Body Tapping
2) Torso Twist
3) Alternating Nostril Breathing
4) Shoulder & Arm Circles
5) Crossed Arm Tapping
6) Shaking
7) Self Hug and Upward Gaze
Whether you’re new to somatics or looking to deepen your practice, this routine offers a gentle introduction to connecting with your body, mind and soul. Don’t forget to like, comment, and share your experience. Thank you for joining me on this routine!
Reminder: If you sigh, yawn, shiver, swallow or have an emotional release, this is a sign your nervous system is starting to regulate and feel safer.

@@sheBREATH_Teresa regulating the nervous system for us who had trauma stored for years and dorsal nerve, reducing cortisol not sure about the spelling, somatic yoga to release trauma in the body, i different areas.. thank you so much

To see a significant change in your nervous system, I‘d recommend doing this sequence for 4-6 weeks. 🫶🏼
