Thank you - I’ve dealt with years of anxiety. It’s hard to get off the bed sometimes and this really really helps.

Beautiful practice! So much of the language is very familiar to me because I use similar language when I lead my own relaxation periods! In fact, we sound so much alike in our method of speaking! I very much enjoyed this. It's the first that I've listened to in the series. I'm curious though, why is this specifically named "3-Dimensional Breathing". I didn't hear much reference to the cadence or any direction on the breath.

I've checked a few of your somatic videos and I'm really enjoying them but just wondering if the names are mixed up? It says 3-D breathing in the title but then it comes up as Ideokinesis? The same with video 4.

I noticed that it felt like there was/is sand stuck in my hip bones and lower back area. Can anyone give insight to what that might mean? In my visualization I imagined a push broom then a leaf blower and finally a pressure washer to try to blast away the sand, but there still remained a feeling of some stuck in there.

Ask your body what is it trying to tell you. It might be trying to protect you, so may help to say. We are safe, you are safe and see what happens!

This is releasing tension through breath. This woman has breathing problems through trauma, the tension has to go first. Later she can learn to relax through breathing.
