tbh, I do believe this is actually Joe doing this and not another hacker, mostly due to how like an hour before Special came back Matthew Altruda made a tweet telling people to “look out for something special” and then like an hour later Special came back which makes me think this is indeed Joe doing this and not a hacker

On Amazon music the copyright is 585-J-Hawley. Idk if that's an Amazon music thing or something but that's somehow been done. When it was initially uploaded it said it was released on 18th November 2024. Today it was changed to December 23rd 2017 as well. Though Joe never fixed the fact that Joe Hawley Joe Hawley was uploaded in 2020 despite initially being out on 2016 so why he'd fix Special once reuploading it but not his only solo album is beyond me

I think it’s Joe Hawley but mostly because this is very similar to what happened to Variations on a Cloud, where it disappeared 3 years ago for a while, people asked some of the band member about it, and then it rereleased on 9/11/21, the 20th anniversary of 9/11 I know that that is a very different situation, but it still shows that Joe is willing to take down his music for a bit to make a point

It's a bit ominous but my guess is that Tal now goes to school a 3 hour train ride away. He gets back late and wakes up early with school commitments surrounding him so recording videos is far more difficult for him than it was when he was doing his GCSEs or attending a sixth form
