I am the person that will turn off my alarm so it doesn’t wake me up, because I’m already awake. The alarm is for if I were asleep at the time it went off. If I wake up before it goes off, it has no use. But for me, there is a difference between up and awake. I could be awake, but not up. The alarm is for me to be awake, it is not for me to get up. Mine is usually set an hour before I actually have to get up. 😂
