I had a a big storm come through with lots of crazy pressure changes. Had an attack making dinner. My partner had to take over. Nothing I could do to prevent it.

Even when I feel great things still happen. I had a drop attack while in San Diego on a weekend getaway. I wasn’t dizzy, I wasn’t feeling off. It just happened. You can’t control it. I was completely relaxed and walking to a restaurant. Down I went. No warning.

I exercise. Watch my salt intake. I live my life on the good days and sometimes the so-so days. I rest on the bad days.

Your advice is very good. But in the video I said I do exercise and follow a diet. But sound and lights a trigger for me as well. We are all different and have different lives too.
