Hi Sommy it’s good to have to have you back. Pretty insightful content. For someone who has a hand skill of cooking, how does the person put it out there that he/she cooks in order to get customers because it’s a side hustle and won’t want to get into trouble

Starting with the people I’m your circle is a great way. Then slowly building a customer base, advertising on IG. I think when it gets to a point where you begin to make a good amount of money, you can register to be paying taxes to avoid stories that touch.

Hey. thanks for the video i found it very helpful. but i wanted to ask. you made mention of “health care aide” job as a part of it. what i want to know is does it require any form of training or certification before you can take the job? because according to my research, i was told that there was a 6months training for the skill set required for that job. and please if so, how can i balance it with schooling and taking a short course for that job too. because i plan to come and do a diploma program in a college in canada. I would be waiting for your answers. thanks alot

Hi. I mentioned care work in the video. And there are different levels of care work. Working as a basic care worker would require only a first aid certificate and relevant work experience. But to work as an health care aide, you need to to through the 6 or so months training you mentioned. You could finish your program then take the 6 months training because it’s a program on its own, I don’t know if you are allowed to study two programs at the same time. But you can ask your school if this is possible

Yes anyone can work as a care worker, there are just certain certificates you might need like a first aid or CPR certificate that can be gotten in a day. My next video covers this.

Hi Sommy, thanks for the video. As an international student that already has the Canadian student visa now but is to resume school in Fall, September 2022 (that's what is on the acceptance letter), if the person chooses to come into Canada in let's say July, 2022 and upon entry into Canada, is successfully issued the study permit at the airport by the immigration, Can such international student start using this study permit to work? Since the school is not yet on session and would start in September. Awaiting your reply. Thanks

Hey I thought about that and I think you can actually go ahead and work. Because since the IRCC has already issued your study permit it wouldn’t be any crime to get a job a few weeks before school starts. I’m also an international student and I’ll be beginning my first year this fall.

Hi dear, you can't work. You're not allowed to start working before your classes start. Even if you have a visa. Remember it is a study permit with conditions, once you violate them you'll loose your chance of applying for a post graduate work permit. You can start working the moment you start school.
