I would like to see a series of 'how to' do video with RX100 iv for newbies like me. I bought the camera recently at £749 and I don't have a clue about aperture, shutter speed etc. I think it would be interesting to see some manual settings combinations to do things like how to achieve blurry backgrounds etc.

Great video. I was scared it was just going to be a bunch of video an stills just flashing on screen with no explanation or commentary as that is what I usually find. I just ordered the Sony RX100 IV. Can't wait for it to arrive so I can start using it. I shoot canon 7d mkii but I want this Sony for hiking and travel when I don't want that large DSLR. Thank for the video. Keep me coming.

Like your videos and appreciate your perspective. Please focus your A7 and A7RII cameras though for youtube videos. Your mic is in great focus. Not sure that was the point.

Dear Sir, which RX100 Produces the sharpest and most detailed stills between all 4 models and what about the most accurate / realistic colors as I am not interested in video as I am a stills guy.

What's it like shooting in macro ,I love taking really close up of ground area of subjects, flowers ,insects etc... in rich detail. Thanks

the macro is just awesome on this camera! and with a 1.8 aperture you can get a shallow depth of field as well!

You can overcome the slowmo processing problem very easily: Get a second camera.
