Firstly, congratulations on your expected new arrival! 😊😊 Just tried this recipe this weekend. Thankyou so much for sharing it, the recipe is idiot-proof and your explanations are so detailed and helpful for a beginner like me! Paired it with freshly churned butter made in shiny brand new TM6. What a way to start my journey! Huge fan 5 stars.

Hi Sophia. I’m from Singapore. Yet to try making baguette and your video is gonna be a great help! Question: is plain flour or bread flour better to make baguette? We don’t have 00 flour here. Bread flour is about 12.7% protein, plain flour 11.7%.

Thank you for this amazing video! I love the texture and taste for the baguette ..dyou think I could use the same recipe, shape it into a round bread and place in dutch oven to make a round bread similar to the artisan bread?

Hi Sophia, thanks for the recipe. Can I divide the dough into 2 portions instead of 3? Can I bake one n leave the unbake dough in the freezer for another day? And at which stage should I leave in the freezer?

How much dry yeast did you put in before adding in the poolish? I watched your video 4x , did not mention how much of yeast you add in.

I think she said its her thermo server. I'm in Australia and mine is different it doesn't seal like that I'd love a cover the same

I just put a warm damp towel over the bowl. It looked the same as Sophia's the next morning.
