Hi Sophia. I’m from Singapore. Yet to try making baguette and your video is gonna be a great help! Question: is plain flour or bread flour better to make baguette? We don’t have 00 flour here. Bread flour is about 12.7% protein, plain flour 11.7%.

Thank you for this amazing video! I love the texture and taste for the baguette ..dyou think I could use the same recipe, shape it into a round bread and place in dutch oven to make a round bread similar to the artisan bread?
