I feel hydration is something that everyone says to do but no one really thinks it is that important. It is! Drinking enough water a day can make you feel so much better, I try to drink one glass of water at every meal and I always have my water bottle with me every second of the day. Just carrying it around reminds me to drink more water 💓

After a really awful weekend two weekends ago, I've really been trying to be more positive and I feel like it's really helped me because everything was always negative to the point where I was literally scared to try to have a good day because I was terrified it would just be ruined. Things are much better now (still nowhere near where I would like them to be, but better.) I love your videos!

do not drink or eat 30 minutes before and after brushing your teeth. also the bacteria in the morning is good for u and u should drink water as soon as you wake up. just bc it’s called bacteria doesn’t mean it’s bad

hmm i know that there is good bacteria as well as bad but i haven’t ever heard that the bacteria in your mouth in the morning is “good for you.” it’s not like it’s probiotics, and it typically just results from bacteria multiplying in your mouth overnight. do u have a source?

I actually force myself to AT LEAST wear cute matching pajamas if I'm not going to do anything else to get ready. I took the option away from myself to wear oversized clothes that I don't feel good in about 3 years ago and donated my oversized clothing so it's not even in the house. I try to at least change into athletic wear every day, but if I'm not feeling well or have no energy, matching pajamas feel so much better than oversized mismatched clothing.

awww thank you!! 💗 my fav workout channels are madeleine abeid, lidia mera, pamela reif, and madfit! the first two are pilates channels and the second two are more just bodyweight exercises and home workouts that aren’t necessarily pilates but i kinda do a mix of all of them! ❤️
