I always try to watch your videos once without doing it then when I get home I do it. Helps me better prepare to pay attention to form and such. I CANNOT wait to do this when I get home. I just joined your patreon page and it’s the best thing I did. I haven’t had one repeat workout. With you changing the workouts I never get bored or ever think I don’t want to exercise. And I was a big one for blowing off workouts because of the dread of them. I’ve never worked out for the endorphins. Never understood have never felt that. However sticking with your program I feel so so strong. We were shoveling out gravel in wheelbarrows from a spot where an above ground pool used to be. PJ I felt so strong and able to do this back breaking project. My core is strong and I’m just 10 pounds away from my ideal weight. I’ve already lost 20-25 pounds. I thank you so so much for helping me along my journey, you truly are the best trainer I have ever worked with

The glute activation series is seriously challenging for me! My hips and glutes were cramping so much that I had to keep taking breaks. Obviously need this on a more regular basis and is more than likely the reason for my aching knees and low back. You're amazing. PJ!

I love this workout!!! I always am happy to have an excuse to break out the booty bands. My glute medius muscles are getting so strong thanks to you. Excellent stretches too! Keep doing what you're doing, I don't need music because I would rather learn the correct way to do the moves. And it's always fun to hear what the puppies are up to!
