No, boys, I refuse to rate you: You ALL correctly read what was going on and did what was necessary to make the dish a success. Sometimes less IS more. You didn't sabotoge each other, you didn't hide each other's ingredients or inputs (hiding the marmite doesn't count, it had already been used), you just kept the dish going. Nothing more needed to be added: it a DISH, not a whole meal that is required at the end. 9 points all around.

I think this is one of my favorite pass it on episodes. Not because of the dish itself or the theme, but at the pure rage the normals had for Ben. To choose a recipe where there was enough room to add things to it, but there was very little chance to do something to mess it up, was a genuis move on his part. Although Ben did call out how mad they would be at him for it. But at least it's a 100% pass 🤷🏽♀️.

The normals are absolutely correct. Railroaded into becoming stirrers. However, a good dish.

I actually loved this! Great lesson in team work! Everyone is always so busy trying to standout that they screw everything up. Yes Ben forced them to play ball but I think they can take this lesson and do better in future but with a less restrictive dish

The second Ben was announced as going frist and last, I thought: hope he keeps that in mind and plans well, so he can essentially make a dish in 20 minutes with some stove/oven-time in between - and he did. =) Well done! =)

You guys are pure joy! I watch your videos twice - once for the action and a second time to see your expressions. I also almost woke my baby up this time, shaking due to a "silent" laughter. Cheers from Romania!

We still need the ultimate mix of this (pretentious pass it on) and kitchen gadgets, but make sure James is there and gets to do double trouble, we all know he loves them so 😁

OMG amazing episode! Good job Ben (nearly looking to happy with himself). And loved Jamie's dad joke! Thank you Jamie now I am ready for a new week.

Some of those pretentious ingredients are ones I haven't seen in videos before: Mature Marmite? Bourbon Vanilla Extract? Spolier alert!

You should do a ultimate battle where a chef is forced to use a certain amount of gadgets to make a dish and then a normal has to try and recreate it without the gadgets

I call that a full pass! Each person contributed at least one new thing... Umami powder, eggplant and prawn marinade... Yet the original plan still made it to the final table. Great job guys!

Greatest pass-it-on yet. Absolutely hilarious. I love how contrary to what Barry said, you can get entertainment out of doing nothing. I especially loved the comeback; everyone was full of doubt and declared the dish a failure, but like Mike's prophecy, Ben swooped in for the win. Best-to-last: Ben, Mike, Barry, Jamie

I came back to this video like, "Whoa, a pretentious ingredient PIO? I don't remember this, I wonder what extravagant thing they tried to make." And then I saw it was the risotto video and....i do remember this. I remember this all to well.
