I might have been very lucky, but i think having 5 of them cancelled in the same day is extremely unlucky Of course the contents vary, and some definitely haven't been great, but that would be part of the challenge.

I love that while Kush can be bluntly critical but also be generous with his appreciation. Kush is known for bringing the chaos but in these food forward videos, he just slips so naturally into the role of a teacher, just happy to share and encourage learning. How someone can take literally dozens of ingredients they're not accustomed to putting together and yet in the end the dish looks like something that should be on a menu somewhere. With Kush he actually seems to learn things, and seems to feel a sense of pride and reward for what he is doing. When he's with Ben, he's pretty much just mucking around and not paying full attention. Kush really has been an amazing addition to this channel.

Love this format, the normal cooking alongside the chef. This one was especially good in my opinion, because I've felt there was tension between these two, maybe because Kush knows what it takes to become a sous chef in the restaurant world, and Barry was sort of gifted that title (no offense, Barry; I know you worked through that whole year of challenges to earn it) in comparison.
