I've been wrapping spaghetti in bread for years and people always have said I'm weird. Now there's a video with "professionals" doing the same thing...VINDICATION!

The funny thing is, even though there are thousands upon thousands of people watching and commenting on these videos, the website, the guy's social media profiles, I feel like this really is a community. I know I'm unlikely ever to meet the faces behind the user names, but I feel like I know the people. I feel like the Sorted guys actually care about people like us cooking. I feel like the people that are apart of this community actually care about cooking themselves. I guess the whole point of this comment is just to say thank you. To everyone. For being here. For making this place awesome.

When I was younger (and sometimes now!) I would make a spaghetti sandwich with a slice of bread with salted butter and the deliciously sauced spaghetti and then make it into a sandwhich! I think I need to try this!

This looks awesome! I was in Madagascar in May and they make a similar meal of "spaghetti baguettes" (we called them Spaghetti Baguetti). They were sold as street food and you'd eat them for breakfast, or lunch, or dinner and they were super cheap! Hurray for Madagascan cuisine! They'd also sell spaghetti in a little bag, which the kids would take as snacks into school. The more you know!
