Camirra I feel you with the price of them expensive oxtails. What I do to stretch my oxtails. I use beef neck bones with my oxtails. I sear The neck bones like I sear the oxtails. I cook the neck bones the same way as I do the oxtails and they turn out delicious and amazing. More meat as well than oxtails. I love your side selections with your neck bones. This is an awesome and delicious meal that is to die for. I love watching your channel. I always learning something that I can add and enhance in my cooking You are the Truth!! ♥️🌺🌹

Krusteaz is a great ALT to Jiffy if you don't eat pork, because it isn't made with lard. So if you can't find vegetarian jiffy, try this keeping in mind the sweetness of the honey one vs the southern one.

Thanks for the heads up on the cornbread mix. I'm not crazy about cornbread that's too sweet. I'm trying your rum sweet potatoes because I have some rum on hand. I mixed a few beef necks and oxtails together and they were really good. I happened to buy some oxtails on markdown.

i liked the brand, so i suggest trying the southern cornbread krusteaz. i did indeed have to eat it like a muffin though. the southern cornbread has like WAY less sugar. i also do a beef neck bone oxtail mix at times too!
