I always have frozen blueberries in the freezer, it’s very easy to make a blueberry sauce. A little water, cornstarch( mixed in water separately), sugar and lemon juice added to blueberries a pan, heat to thicken.

Oh, no, ANOTHER kitchen gadget that I MUST HAVE!!! I am already planning to sell my Oster French Door Oven and my Gowise Airfryer/Oven to be able to buy the Ninja DT 251!!!Now I am going to have to sell my 8qt original Ninja Foodi pressure cooker to buy this one!!! I am really interested in the sous vide function! I was going to buy a machine that clips onto the side of a pot but it didn't get fabulous reviews... I am going to plan my selling strategy now since I have told myself that I HAVE to sell the stuff (which I sell cheap to get rid of it) to buy the new stuff!!! LOLOLOLOL!!! Thanks so much for your time and efforts to make some of the best informative videos on the kitchen countertop appliance subject that I have ever seen!!!

I went to a super fancy restaurant at the old Lackawanna Railroad Terminal building in PA a few years ago. They served a pumpkin cheesecake in the ball salt shakers, which look to be the same size as the 4 ounce jars but without the handle. Super cute for Thanksgiving or Halloween! Maybe use the left over cranberry sauce for the topping!
@JohnSanders4 жыл бұрын
Very good idea... and that would be very good!!! Thanks for watching!!!

Have you ever used one of the Nescafé Roasting Ovens? I am thinking of getting one for canning prep of things like tomato sauce and use it also for Thanksgiving

@JohnSanders4 жыл бұрын

Watching now. This is going to be delicious. What size is the Pro? 8 QT? They have one on sale (8QT) on Amazon Prime for $139 but I think that is too big for party of one🤔😆.

John, if I don’t have the Sous Vide function, do you think pressuring on low would work?

That would be too hot... it needs to be very precisely controlled...thanks for watching!!!

i really don't understand why on earth they removed the beautiful main button in the middle much easier design on the max I really hate those clicking button one of the reason I went for the max rather than the 6 liter because of that why did they remove it on pro it look cheap without 🥴

Why don't you put a hot water right away and not use pot to make it hot.
@JohnSanders4 жыл бұрын
Not a bad idea...I just want purple to see actual times when using normal tap water... and some people have a problem with water that had been heated in a water heater... but... that is not a bad idea and would speed things up considerably...thanks and thanks for watching!!!
@JBCool07294 жыл бұрын
@@JohnSanders Heater water has nothing to do because food is never touching the water so it's make no difference.
@JohnSanders4 жыл бұрын
I agree but I still get those comments... but mainly it was to show how well the unit performed at heating tap water...
