Kudos to Ms. Burgess, she's brave, and no matter what you say about him, talking about Jesus brings light. But I can't trust her community of artists to render these events with respect, I can't go to see a rendering of the aftermath of these events, as "family struggling". Christians are still struggling, as and extended family, especially through Lent and Good Friday. You say "no agenda", but the agenda is the whole point of Jesus. Like I say, she's brave, I hope telling the story brought her closer to God. For myself, I don't trust that she knows her subject, I'd rather go to mass. I'll wait to see what persons religious say about the play, before I venture in. Too bad, because I'm in the mood to see a good piece of theatre today.
