Update!! I cooked Tammy's collard greens recipe and followed her recipe exactly and I won!! Everyone loved the collards and wanted the recipe; and of course the sore loser was complaining that it was rigged..I kid you not that's what she said. Tammy thank you for sharing your recipe 😊.

Happy New Year family. Tammy, you took me back to my childhood. Mom and dad made the best collards using sometimes smoked turkey, smoked neckbones or oxtails. At 71 years I can remember those pots like it was yesterday lol. Thanks for those memories 😊

My fried collards is off the chain with simple ingredients. Oil, chopped onions, bellpeppers, salt and ground pepper corns... Tammy cooking is amazing!
