I made this last night for my husband's birthday. When I tell you I was mad that I didn't put some aside that is not an exaggeration!!!!! This was the best potato salad I have ever had! I was even eating it before I put it in the fridge. You are the only one I have seen season the mayo dressing with all the ingredients before the potatoes. 10 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟's hands down. God Bless.

You also cut down on the salt and things that are bad for people. Right now, I feel like going to church because watching you make food that looks this good -- so good that I can taste it -- must be a sin. It's in the refrigerator getting cold. Literally just finished making it. Followed your recipe exactly, not the written one, but as you were making it. Adding when you added, etc. My wife laughs at me for being so precise, but first time around I follow exactly. That way if it tastes good, I don't have to make any changes. It came out great, the only thing I will change is smaller chunks of potatoes. I made your shrimp salad a week or so ago and it was fantastic, the wife even liked it and wants me to do it again and try it over Linguini. And I will be trying your shrimp and grits recipe soon. Question: when using shrimp, do you use pre cooked or raw shrimp? Keep these things coming, you do a great job!!! Thanks, Ron

I do my eggs like your grandmother. This looks so good, I have never put celery in mine. AB could you do a 7 layer salad?

If you're not a fan of celery pieces, go with celery seed. Adds good flavor without the crunchy chunks.

My mother's potato salad is boiled potatoes cut in medium pieces some onions and celery for the crunch and flavor boiled eggs cut the same way Best Food's mayo some salt & pepper done. I have tasted other potato salads with big pieces of potatoes, mustard , sweet pickle relishes, sugar and all the extra seasoning didn't like it.

That is the way my Mom fixed potato salad and the way she taught me to cup up the eggs. Thanks for another great video.

My family uses Sandwich Spread instead of Mayo. Makes Potato Salad the best flavor. LOUISIANA STYLE! 🔥🔥🔥
