I made this last night for my husband's birthday. When I tell you I was mad that I didn't put some aside that is not an exaggeration!!!!! This was the best potato salad I have ever had! I was even eating it before I put it in the fridge. You are the only one I have seen season the mayo dressing with all the ingredients before the potatoes. 10 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟's hands down. God Bless.

AB, I'm reading things such as what a clean cook you are, how your mama brought you up right, how you should have your own show on Food Network, and how God has blessed you -- all true! I feel blessed for having discovered your videos and this is only the second one I've watched. You keep it clean, simple, smart, and human. You also cut down on the salt and things that are bad for people. Right now, I feel like going to church because watching you make food that looks this good -- so good that I can taste it -- must be a sin. Btw, the language I use while watching your videos -- said in the most complimentary manner -- I really do need to go to church! God Bless You!

Holy mackerel that looks so good, will definitely make it! I grew up on potato salad So different, lets say like potatoes o'brian (my family was from New England): onion, bell pepper, pimentos with miracle whip leaving over night to marinade the flavors, it was good but this looks off the hook! Thanks again AB!

It's in the refrigerator getting cold. Literally just finished making it. Followed your recipe exactly, not the written one, but as you were making it. Adding when you added, etc. My wife laughs at me for being so precise, but first time around I follow exactly. That way if it tastes good, I don't have to make any changes. It came out great, the only thing I will change is smaller chunks of potatoes. I made your shrimp salad a week or so ago and it was fantastic, the wife even liked it and wants me to do it again and try it over Linguini. And I will be trying your shrimp and grits recipe soon. Question: when using shrimp, do you use pre cooked or raw shrimp? Keep these things coming, you do a great job!!! Thanks, Ron

My mother's potato salad is boiled potatoes cut in medium pieces some onions and celery for the crunch and flavor boiled eggs cut the same way Best Food's mayo some salt & pepper done. I have tasted other potato salads with big pieces of potatoes, mustard , sweet pickle relishes, sugar and all the extra seasoning didn't like it.
