I have a similar setup on my 15 SS and tuned it last week and I have same numbers as yours for hp and tq. now I'm excited for a track day with my vert. thanks for sharing. The only difference that I don't have cats, Xpipe and no mufflers with AFE CAI stage 2.

Nice channel, bro. I installed my vararam intake (tune version) a few years back it picked up way more hp and tq over the k&n air intake I have. Can’t wait to see what other mods you do. I have a 2010 Auto with fbo, full suspension, fast lsxr intake manifold 3.91 gears, flex fuel E85, circle D 3600-3700 Multi disk stall, nick Williams 102mm throttle body, and more. Taking it this summer to get the heads ported, custom camshaft, changing the pistons and rods, and supporting mods. Keep up the good work 💯

Hey man what is your launch technique for getting that 1.9 60ft? I can't seem to get better than a 2.0x on street tires, Nitto 420s. I just installed headers so I will be going back to the track again this coming weekend to see how I do.

Air the tires down and smack it. This track is pretty good when it comes to prep. If it still spins i would invest in a good Drag Radial. Nittos can only do so much

A circle D 4200rpm stall converter and a decent cam with matching valve springs and hardened pushrods and a 25 percent under drive pulley and a aluminium one piece driveshaft with a set of 305/45r17 drag radials should get you 11.60s or better with good traction these engines respond very well to higher stall converters at least 3600 and up with traction will drastically lower your very good 1.9 60 foot times probably 1.7 - 1.6

10sec NJDEV1L Camaro so we didn't get to dyno it with just headers/tune but a good estimate would be 20-25whp from stock airbox vs Vararam CAI and as stated in the video it went 12.85 with headers/tune and 12.57 with the Vararam so almost 3 full tenths in E.T.

SJ LSx Mafia on the tire I was on last year, 2.2-2.3 and still trapping 110 without a tune Yea the Lexus this season with a new clutch, tune and more boost is going to be a monster.

bdub215 nice man, can't wait to see how it does. So a 2.2-2.3 60ft with 110 mph is around a mid 13 as long as is wasn't blowing the tires off too much you can get a good estimate where you should be on a good launch

SJ LSx Mafia precisely what it did. It’s got a lot left in it. Need a tune and I just changed the rear to a slightly taller ratio. I should be able to hit mid to low 12’s at full weight this season if not faster (3900 lbs with driver).

bdub215 wow that is heavy! That right around where I am too with the drag pack set on. Normally a taller tire would hurt your E.T. unless the gears were super short and it wasn't giving you enough spool time. My next video is gonna be based on runs with a 28.7" stock height tire vs a 25.7" drag radial and how much it will pick up on that alone

The LS3 Manuals did. L99 Autos were just a little bit less

Not really. I have the ls3 . I added a cold air intake, and longtube headers with off roads connection pipes and straight piped all the way. Had it dyno tuned and max power I got was 426hp exactly

Manual LS3s do yes. This is an L99 automatic so naturally will be lower in power. Also it was dyno'd in the summer and on a dyno nicknamed the 'heart breaker'. It definitely seemed like low numbers to me too but it ran pretty good at the track so i wasnt to worried. Because track numbers are what really matter 💪
