An excellent analogy! This guy is struggling to get his brain in gear. You can hear him continuously struggling present his thoughts (using this last word lightly!). It's like he continually comes up again a wall, but keeps trying anyway. "I'll try again and they will get it." And suddenly they will give in and dismiss everything. He is truly shooting in the dark except the target is always behind him.

Mine said when ya got a leak ya call a plumber when ya have a heart attack you go to the dr at a hospital...if ya get in trouble ya get a professional aka a lawyer. My 21 year old trespassed one night while drunk because he pulled a lawn chair out the yard to lay on while he tried to remember why he was outside at 3am they gave him burglary, and momma followed my parents advice. We retained the best in town and my father asked the lawyer how often do ya play golf with the d.a. he replied 4 to 6 times a year. He was totally worth the 3,000 he charged. My son learned an expensive lesson in life and still has a clean record. 😂24 hours in county lockup and 12 weeks dealing with courts definitely had a big impact . And yeah I made him pay the lawyer. It took his car money he had saved. But now he has the ability to save again verses the alternative. Small town courts dont go well on your own without a lawyer and I'm grateful for the wisdom my parents gave me about professional's.

The court is bored with his useless rambling while he himself thinks that he is the rebirth of Perry Mason. You just know that his whole life will continue to be arrests followed by court ramblings as he feels his intelligence has him winning the battle of life. I have seen others like him, and it really is a shame to see them live this lie their whole lives through. Back in the old days, these people were given help. You ought to pay more attention to frauditors becoming more aggressive. They go out armed, usually with pepper spray and tasers, and set out to instigate altercations, looking for excuses to use that stuff while hiding behind carry and self defense laws. A couple frauditors, Andrew Sheets and Micheal Picard, carry sidearms with the same mindset. I’m hardcore NRA, I cheered my Governor, Gregg Abott, for signing 6 pro-gun bills into law, which included extending Constitutional carry to sidearms. That being said, someone who carries any weapon in public with their mindset in public is someone I will not be with.

If he is not aware of what laws the court is operating under, he needs an attorney. Obviously his right to self determination hasn't worked out very well, being that he is in prison.

Best answer I ever heard a judge say; “what you are saying has no merit and you are holding us back. You are being held in contempt and the sentence is 30 days in jail. Should you choose to continue with the same incoherent material at any future appearances the time in jail will double, then triple, then quadruple…

I love that Him: "I still don't understand..." Judge: "Well, we at least both agree on that" Him: "What law are you operating under?" Judge: "Do you have a lawyer?" Him: "No, I don't need one" Judge: "You do"

I watched the video in the link. I was on the right track, watching his previous court appearance. Tried to order arrest warrants on everyone involved, ordered seizure of their assets and property, and instead of complying with his demands, this video shows the court apparently said, “oh, yeah. Watch this”, and order his assets and property seized! Man, that’s cold.
