Retired judge here, 24 years. My rule was simple: Come into the Court’s well or be quiet. Violation of that rule was quickly met with contempt, ending in 3 days jail. A second violation at any subsequent hearing resulted in 10 days, then 30, then 60. If they interrupted me, they received a verbal warning. A second violation resulted in 3 days, then 10, then 30. I can remember one lady who repeatedly refused to enter the well and repeatedly interrupted me at the same time. Her contempt sentences ran consecutively.

This is why EVERYONE hates judges and lawyers and the entire court system. It’s ludicrous. She should have given him a warning, and then had him hauled away until he’s ready to apologize and behave. Shit like this is why litigation is so expensive and time consuming. Judges aren’t willing to tell people to sit down and shut up.

I can't believe some of the judges we have on the bench. To put up with that kind of behavior should be an embarrassment to their profession. As soon as one of these dummies starts challenging jurisdiction the judges should demonstration their jurisdiction by holding them in contempt and drag them off to jail for 30 days. That wasn't the first time Dick Marple was found driving without a valid license. He also did it in 2014. He was actually arrested the same day he was re-elected in 2016, and a warrant was issued for his arrest after he failed to show up in court. In 2017, he tried to introduce two bills that would have limited vehicle registration and licensing powers of the state. Those were New Hampshire HB598 (2017) and HB1778 (2017). The texts are pretty hilarious. It's literally "right to travel" legislation, right out of the sov-cit playbook. It goes without saying that both bills had basically no support and very quickly died on the table.
