I feel a deep swelling of non-platonic love for this judge. This was one of the biggest justice-boners I've ever encountered. Absolutely loved it when the judge cut the mic and said he was done listening to crazy babble-speak. Reminds me of the video where some SovCit moron tried the "corpus delicti" in court, and the judge told him he was spouting gibberish, and to learn a lot of law real quick or get representation. With the predilection of SovCits of ranting, raving, and screaming in court, perhaps all court sessions should be Zoom meetings. Gotta love that mute button.

I remember back in the 70s, if someone conducted themselves in a court room as many as these people do in these videos, the Judge would say something like, "I am not going to continue with you making a mockery of the court. Should you not conduct yourself the way a reasonable person would, I'm going to hold you in contempt of court."

I’ve been watching the Sov/Moor videos long enough I’ve developed several 10 second tests for who is likely right and who is wrong in a given situation. One of them is if the Defendant’s name ends in “El” or “Bey”, they are likely the dumbass in the situation.

There's an even simpler response than that. This drivel relies upon a very old edition of Black's Law Dictionary that has been obsolete for several decades. The modern edition clarifies the definitions of "to drive" and "to travel." Basically the dictionary now says that any operation of a motor vehicle is "driving." QED.

I found your channel while watching some videos of Road Pirates arresting SOVCIT's. There are a bunch of people out there who post SOVCIT videos and commentary about SOVCIT interactions with police, but not as many about their court appearances. I think the court appearances are the best. I REALLY like this judge. Definitely subscribed and am binge watching these. Great channel and videos that you have here. I am happy to see that this guy doesn't want a public defender. The public defender's office has been through enough already.
