You underestimate the weight of 1 million bodies, they can easily be crushed or dorwned :D

If you want a flamer dreadnaught,: The Fireball ranged attack with the damage and range reduced, and a scaled up rate of fire creates a flamethrower effect. Just have to be careful dialing it in, in the editor.

Are there any Custodes in the game yet? The Emperor's own bodyguard would be so OP. I think I would love to see Settra(did I spell that right?) the Imperishable as well.

I have to say, the assualt marines did wierdly well this battle. I remember them dieing a lot easier in previous battles. But still, they obliterated those zombies, a well deserved victory for the blood ravens company, even if they did make the ill advised decision to kit out 2 of the dreadnoughts for fire support when 2 extra melee dreads would almost certainly have done better for them overall, given the lack of protection for em.

One of the few space marine chapters not invented by games work shop and were invented entirely for the DoW games, they used to be actually owned by a gaming company (i think it was saga) but GWS might have gotten the rights to them by now :D

​@ChaoticPinky they were created by THQ, the developers of dawn of war, as for owning them idk about that GW is incredibly protective of their ip, they are not the type of company to let someone use their ip, create a new space marine chapter and not have any ownership over the new chapter, more likely GW gave them permission to make a new chapter on the condition that GW owns the chapter

How are going to drop a previously unseen chapter master into the video without more fanfair? Thinking about the swarmed ranged dreadnaughts, I wonder how much longer / impactful they might have been nested in the space marine firing squad.

I’m going to say this if any modders happen to read this please make some tanks or at least a rhino/land raider! The loyalist are nearly complete if they could just get a good artillery or tank I feel like they’d be good to go in terms of units then we can swap colors pallets to make different chapters.

The only criticism I have is that it feels like unit placement was a bit lazy, the Marine company at the back isn't extended or in a terrain dominant position. And at only a couple minutes in were not in a position to support the melee.

Just to be sure, assault marins AREN’T immune to melee damage, right? Otherwise there would be no point running this

no they aint immune, they have a high defence :D

@@meandyours The assault marines are a mod i paid for so i have control over their stats more. gabrial is someone elses mod i downloaded and so dont really have access to his files to edit. The ingame customiser dosen't include everything, there are other stats you can change in the files of the mod. My marines are more inline with "story lore" and it seems gabrial is more inline with tabletop stats for chapter masters :D

1:31 Correction: the Sons of Dorn were on their way to a fisting convention and happen to get a ping on Vox comms from the Blood Ravens seeing they wanted to join in on the fun. You know, case Blood Ravens are cool like that.
