Great name list there! I just wonder how so many great artists get stuck within daunting roles when together we make life! And I mean not from our confined roles for other people to attend to such things that never love us back, except to be apart of somthing the promotes safe lasting, and somthing we can all agree on and accomplish for ourselfs, yet not taking anything!

Jamie Goodson Interesting times, for sure. Crazy fashion & trends. What was gonna be the next big thing ? Would we be forever locked in a stand off with Russia & its Communist buddies? I think some of the coolest toys were popular in the 80s. I think the biggest invention of the 80s was the cell phone. Yeah, super expensive back then. Cell phones became more affordable by the late 90s. It would change how information was exchanged & the speed of how it could be exchanged too. For me personally, cell phones are the biggest "futuristic" thing to become mainstream. I remember rotory, land line phones quite clearly. Now, we have hand held computers & cameras that can make phone calls with us just about all the time! Who'd uh thunk it?! 👴🏻

I know that exact feeling.. Your spirit is longing to have a relationship with God, your creator. Jesus is the only way to God, he is the truth, and the life. He loves you so deeply, and is jealous for you! The amazing thing is that Jesus already made a way for you to be united with God by dying in your place, He stood in the gap for you and was the perfect sacrifice to pay the debt for your sin (our sins are what have separated us from God). He died so you wouldn’t have to die. Now you have the option to receive eternal life and become a child of God. All you need to do to have relationship with God is repent, turn away from your sin, trust in Jesus for your salvation and you will receive the Holy Spirit. Jesus has changed my life forever. I am no longer addicted to drugs, no longer struggle with anxiety or depression, he gives me peace in my heart, and I know now that my eyes are opened to the truth that God is better than the world’s best thing. Being in relationship with Jesus will fill that missing place in you that is longing for fulfillment 🙏🏼It is not by coincidence that I accidentally came across this amazing song and happened to see your comment! Jesus is reaching out to you today. Cry out to Him, and He will meet you right where you are.. He loves you and is longing for you to come to Him. @SameerRedux Blessings to you friend! ❤️

If you want to create music like this the effects are more important than the synth. So have a look at Valhalla Shimmer valhalladsp.com/shop/reverb/valhalla-shimmer/ and other reverbs with shimmer features. The least expensive hardware pedal with shimmer is probably the Zoom MS-70CDR

i've been really inspired by the music you make. what analog synthesizer would you suggest for starting out? i see you use multiple ones but which one would be your go to for this kind of music and sound?
@NikUnknownGames5 жыл бұрын
It depends on what you what to do. The Volca's are cheap and great for starting out. (Namely, the Keys, Bass and FM). Korg Minilogue is the best value for the price and a great all-around synth with 4-voice polyphony. Arturia and Behringer have some great budget mono synths (And Microfreak has a ton of features, although it's digital). Spend some time googling and listening, decide what you like the most. There is no "right" choice, everything could be used for ambient. For this kind of ambient you will probably need a good reverb, like Valhalla. And it makes up most of the sound character, actually. The source is like only 50% of the sound.
@RemixSample5 жыл бұрын
You can pretty much use any synth you want if you use a nice sounding reverb like Valhalla Shimmer. Irrelevant Elephant's suggestion are great. You can get a lot of milage out of a Volca FM because the sounds it generate are so broad. You can probably pick one up used for cheap.
@jehutyinp5 жыл бұрын
@@RemixSample Thanks so much this is awesome. i'll deffs look into those kinds. because yea it seems you can do alot with any one you want just depends.
@AntonNidhoggr5 жыл бұрын
I confirm. Volca Keys is a nice analog synth with quality sound. It may be simple, but still it has decent amount of controls. As for the choice, you need to answer yourself a few questions: 1. “Do I need a polyphonic or monophonic? How many voices do I need?” (Poly analog synths can cost significantly more). 2. “Do I need onboard effects or I will use my DAW effects?” ( usually DAW effects are much better but if you need to perform live, setting up a computer could be tricky onstage) 3. “Do I prefer a full freedom or I like more simple “classic” sounds?” (The first means you can check a modular, like Moog Mother or O-coast, but remember that modulars have no presets and can be overwhelming for a starter and usually they are monophonic) 4. “What sound do I like?” For example, Vangelis mostly used Yamaha CS-80. You can look for cheaper synths with similar sound.

Yeah it sux there outta cheap plastic but sounds amazing and because they don't cost over 300$ there not worthy for some reason? There better than sd card DJs I think especially when you get atleast 4 volcas that's when it gets crazy and not cheap and not toys! It's fkn analog!

This isnt the sound of volca though, in description it is mostly omnisphere and other plugins.

Listening to the music is as delightful as watching you play it on the synthesizer, working your hands on it complimented by lights and the overall ambience. 💯

It's amazing how these machines allow talentless folks like me to make "interesting" music. No keyboard. Just a touch screen. Reminds me of the Theremin. This is like KORG KARMA on steroids.
