The dough turned out really sticky so I had to add more flour. Also, I managed to make only six rolls from it. I wonder if I made any mistake when preparing the dough.

Maybe you used too much milk or the egg is bigger than normal but it's alright to add a little flour if your dough is too sticky

This is not Ensamada. A: Ensamada should contain Olivr oil for the dough. B: Ensamada needs to be rolled so thinly you can read through it, brushed with butter then rolled back up and baked.

these look like Mallorcas, a breakfast roll made in Puerto Rico; the best way to eat them is slice them in half, put a little butter in and put them on a grill for just a few minutes, yum!

thanks for sharing this recipe, but the bread is not soft and tasty, I don' t know why. I measure all ingredients on the scale and knead about 30 minutes.
